About this role

Overview

Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Acquisition and Program Management L3 position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

The top candidate shall serve as the daily interface between USSF Combat Forces Command (CFC) and Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO). The position will be part of the SpRCO’s Warfighter Integration team. The Warfighter Integration team facilitates successful transition of SpRCO programs into operations. Access to unclassified, classified IT systems and office space will be provided by HQ CFC.

The top candidate shall organize the interface between SpRCO and CFC to optimize engagements between the programs and the USSF field command responsible for operational acceptance and fielding of future capabilities. The A&AS candidate supports SpRCO and HQ CFC Staff to facilitate and optimize those program’s development and transition into operations as well as support SpRCO and HQ CFC engagements.

Requirements

Skills/Experience

 

  • 10-12+ years of Space Operations or Space Acquisition experience
  • Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
  • 10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience,
  • No less than four (4) years total SAP and/or SCI environment experience within the last 5 years
  • May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
  • Principal interface between SpRCO and CFC
  • Facilitates Warfighter Integration team functions at CFC as directed by the Director, SpRCO and critical cross-organization forums such as the Combat Force Proponent-Fielding Process (CFP-FP), Integrated Capability Teams (ICT), and Space Rapid Capabilities Working Group (SpRCOWG) to include Basing, Manpower, CONOPS and Concept Documents, Training, Test & Evaluation, and Security.
  • Develop, articulate, and advocate CFC priorities and requirements back into SpRCO programs
  • Participate in relevant staff meetings at HQ CFC and SpRCO
  • Produce monthly status reports regarding on-going and up-coming events
  • Coordinate with CFC Weapon System Leads and resource advocates assigned to SpRCO programs for needed support
  • Coordinate and interact with CFC leadership as needed to provide updates and requests for support
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership to help ensure mission success 
  • Articulate with proper Space Operations or Space Acquisition experience
  • Coordinates with multiple partners/agencies to ensure support to delivery milestones

 

Education/Certifications

  • Master’s degree (MA/MS/ME)
  • Relevant work experience/training certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Requirements Management (Level A & B) Certification desired
  • PMP Certification preferred

Security Clearance

 

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
  • Occasional use of a government vehicle as needed.
