What We're Looking For:
This role focuses on resolving complex invoice exceptions, managing multi-channel stakeholder inquiries, and optimizing system workflows to ensure accurate, timely vendor payments.- Manage general AP mailbox queries from internal and external stakeholders (e.g., statement of account and payment status enquiries).
- Handle WebQA tickets, including investigation, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Process and resolve invoices within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Resolution Queue.
- Investigate and resolve Oracle invoice holds to ensure timely invoice processing and payment.
- Partner with AP Processing, Procurement, IT, and business users to resolve cross-functional issues (e.g., aged MIR invoices and PO-related exceptions requiring Procurement intervention).
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and drive preventive improvements (e.g., coordinate with VMD to update payment remittance receivers / payment term misalignment, to reduce repetitive payment status enquiries).
- Support AP Supervisors with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upcoming projects and system enhancements (e.g., Vertex, e-invoice).
