About this role
Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2+ Years Industry: Textile Processing / Fabric Processing Gender: Any Working Days: Sunday working | Monday off Note: Monday working, if required, will be paid additionally. About the Company: Our client is an established textile processing company involved in the processing, dyeing and printing of textile fabrics. The company is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, bill settlements and statutory compliance-related work. Key Responsibilities: Handle Purchase and Sales Entries Prepare and manage Purchase Vouchers Handle Bank and Cash Purchase Entries Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain bank records Settle and verify bills and supporting documents Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records Assist with GST and TDS-related workings Handle filing of GST and other applicable returns Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records Verify accounting entries and supporting bills Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related activities Support routine accounting and finance operations Requirements Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience Good experience in Purchase and Sales Entries Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Experience with Purchase Vouchers and Bill Settlement Working knowledge of GST and TDS Experience in filing GST/statutory returns Good understanding of day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong accuracy and attention to detail Benefits Stable opportunity with an established textile processing company Hands-on exposure to end-to-end day-to-day accounting Practical exposure to GST, TDS and return filing Experience in bank reconciliation, bill settlement and cash/bank transactions Opportunity to work closely with textile processing and manufacturing operations Long-term opportunity to grow within the accounts and finance function
