KLA has worked with dozens of local communities, from small Central Valley towns to the larger cities in the area. We place a strong emphasis on maintaining cost effectiveness and meeting intended budgets. Our Project Managers continually monitor the progress of design with relation to the implication to the overall budget. We also work with City Maintenance Departments to ensure we have an understanding of the resources that will be available for the long-term success of the project. KLA is a diversified firm; we work not only on a wide veriety of projects such as retail, hotels, apartments, civic, and streetscapes. This broad range of experience is beneficial to our clients as we are able to bring ideas garnered from one sector of development to another. We have extensive expirience working on civic projects as well as large scale office projects with parking structures and retrofit of existing buildings to new uses.
