LOCATION: Redwood Falls, MN
We’re seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to lead impactful youth programs, track progress, and collaborate with partners. Bring your energy, ideas, and understanding of youth and community needs to help make a difference!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead & Support: Recruit and work with youth, families, and volunteers.
- Stay Organized: Keep records up-to-date and track progress.
- Plan Activities: Organize fun group events while ensuring safety.
- Network: Build connections with local businesses and organizations.
- Outreach: Represent the program at community events.
- Keep Learning: Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

• You know child development and how to connect families with resources.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a human service-related
field works too!
• Bonus points if you’ve got experience working with youth, recruiting volunteers, and
fundraising—those are key skills we love!
