- 主导功能安全和SOTIF需求分析，并管理ADAS项目中的安全需求讨论。
- 在软件层面推导功能安全/SOTIF概念并制定SOTIF策略，向软件开发人员交付安全需求。
- 支持安全相关设计，并在整个开发生命周期中协助分析安全相关问题。
- 在项目中主导并执行安全分析，包括软件相关失效分析（SW DFA）和软件安全分析。
- 准备并评审针对安全关键系统的设计、测试和验证的安全文档。
- 负责概念验证特性的开发，重点关注：
- 关键数据属性/维度的分析
- 识别模型弱点
- 推导安全KPI及安全分析工具
- 开发独立的安全模型
- 持续深化安全工程及新兴技术领域的知识，确保团队紧跟最新的行业标准。
职位要求
- 拥有4年以上ADAS功能开发经验，或2年以上ADAS领域AI应用及主流模型架构的实操经验。
- 精通软件实现，包括PoC编码以及在开发平台上集成新方法。
- 具备AI模型开发与部署经验者优先。
- 深入理解ISO 26262和ISO 21448标准。
- 在ADAS系统开发背景下，对功能安全和SOTIF有深刻认知，侧重于系统级和软件级的安全解决方案。
