1. Process Mapping & Optimization
Assist in documenting and analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and supporting process improvement initiatives. The intern will help create process maps, SOPs and operational documentation while participating in root cause analysis and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
2. Service Management & Governance
Support the monitoring and reporting of service management activities by tracking KPI and SLA performance, maintaining process compliance documentation, and assisting in service review activities. The intern will gain exposure to ITIL-based service management practices and help ensure operational processes are consistently followed.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Assist in collecting, analyzing and reporting operational data to support decision-making. The role includes helping to maintain dashboards, generate performance reports, analyze trends and provide insights on service performance, stakeholder feedback and improvement initiatives using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
4. Continuous Improvement & Execution
Support continuous improvement projects by assisting with data gathering, progress tracking, and documentation of improvement initiatives. The intern will help maintain the improvement project register, participate in process optimization efforts, and contribute to identifying opportunities that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
 
5. Ad-hoc - Assigned by Manager.
 
Requirements.
 
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Computer, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage, as the role involves regular communication and coordination with stakeholders in the Taiwan market.
