About this role
We are looking for a motivated Workshop Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the design and manufacturing of mechanical components, molds, and dies while ensuring smooth workshop operations and adherence to quality standards
Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends:
Friday & Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture mechanical components.
- Design and fabricate metal molds and dies according to production requirements.
- Monitor and supervise daily workshop operations.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to support manufacturing needs.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Mechanical Design).
• 0–1 year of experience in designing and manufacturing molds, dies, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
