El equipo de People & Organisation (P&O) de PwC ayuda a las organizaciones a transformar su modelo de gestión de personas para afrontar los retos de negocio, mejorar el rendimiento organizativo y preparar su fuerza laboral para el futuro. Trabajamos con compañías nacionales e internacionales diseñando estrategias de talento, transformación organizativa, workforce planning, upskilling y reskilling, employee experience y modelos de trabajo del futuro.Buscamos un/a profesional de Consultoría Estratégica de Workforce para incorporarse al área de People & Organisation. Participará en proyectos de transformación estratégica relacionados con personas, organización y talento, ayudando a los clientes a conectar sus objetivos de negocio con las capacidades, competencias y estructuras necesarias para el futuro.
La persona seleccionada colaborará con equipos multidisciplinares y líderes de negocio para diseñar soluciones innovadoras en ámbitos como Workforce Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills Transformation, Future of Work, Workforce Analytics y Talent Transformation.
Requisitos
- Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o disciplinas afines.
- Experiencia de entre 3 y 6 años en consultoría estratégica, consultoría de RR.HH. o transformación organizativa.
- Experiencia en proyectos relacionados con:
- Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Talent Strategy.
- Organisation Design.
- Future of Work.
- Skills Transformation.
- Workforce Analytics.
- Change Management.
- Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1).
