What You Can Expect:
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Content für unsere HR Social-Media-Kanäle.
- Du produzierst eigenständig Foto-, Video- und Grafikcontent für Social Media, Employer Branding und weitere Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Social-Media- und Content-Trends und bringst neue Ideen ein.
- Du koordinierst Grafikanfragen und stimmst dich mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern ab.
- Du recherchierst relevante Themen und Trends und bereitest deine Erkenntnisse in ansprechenden Präsentationen auf.
- Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Foto- und Videoshootings.
What You Bring:
- Du studierst Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Social Media Marketing, Kommunikation oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Social-Media-Content mit und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Fotografie und Videoproduktion.
- Du arbeitest sicher mit Tools wie Adobe Express zur Bild- und Videobearbeitung und setzt Content-Ideen eigenständig um.
- Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Social-Media-Trends sowie zielgruppengerechte Inhalte.
- Kreativität, Storytelling und ein gutes Auge für Bildsprache und Design zeichnen dich aus.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
