Dein Arbeitsort direkt an der Weser:

Du arbeitest in Nordenham zwischen Wattenmeer und Unterweser, geprägt durch landschaftliche Idylle und kilometerweite Sicht bis zum Horizont. Für Großstadtfeeling sind Bremerhaven, Bremen und Oldenburg im pendelbaren Umkreis.


Bereit zum Boarding? Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Operatives HR-Management: Du tauchst tief in die gesamte Bandbreite der Personalarbeit ein – von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt.
  • HR-Projekte: Du unterstützt unser Team bei strategischen HR-Projekten und übernimmst eigene Teilaufgaben.
  • Talent Acquisition: Du bist hautnah dabei, wenn wir neue Mitglieder an Bord holen. Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Organisation, Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer Bewerbertage und Auswahlverfahren.
  • Onboarding: Du begleitest unsere neuen Mitarbeiter von Tag eins an und sorgst für ein strukturiertes und motivierendes Onboarding, damit sich jeder vom ersten Moment an perfekt im Team aufgenommen fühlt.

Dein Profil für unsere Crew: 

  • Immatrikulation im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar) – idealerweise Schwerpunkt HR
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. durch Praktika oder vorherige Jobs) im Personalwesen oder im administrativen Bereich
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Freude am Erlernen neuer Tools und Systeme sowie hohes Bewusstsein für Compliance und Integrität
