Sie möchten bereits während Ihres Studiums praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) sammeln und aktiv zur Arbeitssicherheit, zum Gesundheitsschutz und zum Umweltschutz beitragen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Berlin-Moabit und unterstützen Sie uns bei vielfältigen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im HSE-Bereich.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Unterstützung der HSE-Abteilung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Aufbereitung, Analyse und Auswertung von HSE-Daten sowie Erstellung von Statistiken
• Erstellung von Tabellen, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
• Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Flucht- und Rettungsplänen sowie HSE-Aushängen
• Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Terminen und organisatorischen Abläufen
• Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kommunikationsunterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Eingabe, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Datenbanken, insbesondere:
  • Vorsorgekartei
  • Zentrale Expositionsdatenbank (ZED) zur Erfassung
• Unterstützung bei administrativen HSE-Projekten und Dokumentationsaufgaben

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Sie sind an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem Studiengang wie:
  • Sicherheitsmanagement
  • Umweltmanagement
  • Gesundheitsmanagement
  • Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Naturwissenschaften
  • oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Sie interessieren sich für die Themen Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltmanagement
• Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich
• Sie zeichnen sich durch Organisationstalent und eine präzise Arbeitsweise aus
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Vertraulicher und professioneller Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

• Sie arbeiten ca. 15–20 Stunden pro Woche; Ihren Einsatz vergüten wir mit 16,64 Euro/Stunde
