Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest die Buchhaltungsdokumentation und gibst Mitarbeitern Auskunft zu Belegen und Ausgaben — unterstützt von Jira und Slack.
- Du bist an der Durchführung wichtiger Prozesse im Monatsabschluss beteiligt und hilfst, diese zu beschleunigen.
- Du wirkst am Jahresabschluss sowie der externen Prüfung mit.
- Du analysierst und dokumentierst Prozesse und hilfst, sie zu verbessern und nachhaltig zu gestalten.
- Du arbeitest mit moderner Software (Confluence, Pleo) und unterstützt bei der Einführung eines ERP-Systems — inklusive Automatisierung des Konsolidierungs- und Veröffentlichungsprozesses.
Was du mitbringst
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in der BWL, VWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs an einer Berliner Universität, mindestens im 3. Semester
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Organisationsgeschick und selbstständiges, strukturiertes Denken
- Analytische Arbeitsweise und gute Zahlenaffinität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
