Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
 

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft – von der Einholung von Angeboten über die Datenpflege im System bis hin zur Überwachung von Lieferterminen.
  • Unterstützung im Sourcing-Prozess vom Closing von NDAs, dem Aufbereiten von Angebotsvergleichen, bis hin zur Mitwirkung zur Erstellung von Gremienunterlagen etc.
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Supplier Meetings am Standort Donauwörth
  • Projektmitarbeit: Unterstützung des Teams bei aktuellen Einkaufsprojekten (z. B. Digitalisierung von Prozessen, Einführung neuer Tools oder Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen) 

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Einkauf, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftsrecht, International Business, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf, Supply Chain Management und/oder Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Hohes Interesse und Eigeninitiative um sich in unbekannte Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
