Weekend Intake Coordinator

Position Details:

• Main Office location: Westwood, MA
• Job Type: Part Time
• Schedule: Weekends and Evenings
• Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly Rate
• Must complete at least one week of in-office training during normal business hours in Westwood MA
• Must commit to at least four major holidays annually

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining clinician schedules over the weekend
• Provides superior customer service to internal staff, and external customers and patients
• Ensures patient visits are scheduled as needed; Collaborates with clinical staff and Clinical Managers on scheduling issues
• Ensures scheduling and re-scheduling of patient visits in an accurate and timely manner
• Provides back up administrative support as needed
• Answers and triage's telephone calls
• Ensure timely completion of daily workflow tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience using Homecare Homebase preferred
• Enjoy working remotely on a laptop on multiple different electronic records and platforms
• Technical skills must include proficiency using computers, scheduling software, etc.
• Great attitude and compassion for our staff and patients
• Independent problem solver and critical thinker to aid our staff and patients
