【为什么需要这个岗位】
Web3 产品团队需要一套能跨链、跨资产、跨钱包、跨交易与安全场景复用的基础设施能力。如果没有统一的产品标准，每条业务线都会重复建设自己的数据模型、资产逻辑、风险标签和 API 层。这个岗位要把复杂的链上与链下能力产品化，支撑钱包、交易、行情和安全等多业务线复用。
你会做什么
- 制定链上数据、资产、交易、钱包、API、标签和安全模块等 Web3 基础设施产品的策略与架构
- 搭建标准化 Token 与 NFT 数据体系，覆盖数据结构、字段规范、版本规则、多源币价融合，以及资产、交易、行情 API 输出
- 定义钱包与交易产品逻辑，包括跨链交易结构、交易语义化展示、资产流转、签名链路和交互体验
- 规划地址、合约、资产、风险和行为标签体系，沉淀聪明钱、风险地址、狙击手、可疑钱包和异常交易模式等能力
- 产品化 DApp、合约、地址、授权、黑名单和风险 URL 安全能力，并接入第三方安全能力
- 推动 Solana、EVM、BTC、Layer2 等生态的标准化接入与中台能力交付

- 你理解链上资产、交易行为、协议机制、钱包流程和风险场景，能抽象出可复用的产品逻辑
- 你能清楚定义数据字段、API 行为、标签规则、权限流程、异常场景、版本治理和多链差异
- 你能推动产品、研发、数据、安全和运营团队完成架构取舍、交付推进、上线验证和效果复盘
Bonus
- 你做过钱包、DEX 或交易产品、风控、安全审计、链上分析或区块链浏览器产品
- 你熟悉 EVM、Solana、Cosmos、Aptos、BTC、Layer2 或其他主流链生态
- 你能判断账户抽象、跨链基础设施、Layer2、链上安全等趋势，并转化为可落地的产品方向
