System Engineer für Waffen- und elektronische Kriegsführungssysteme (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Gemeinsame Definition der Entwicklungslogik mit den Spezialisten und Experten.
  • Überprüfung des Backlogs der Aktivitäten mit dem Team und Bewertung des entsprechenden Arbeitspensums.
  • Definition der Prioritäten mit den MAS.
  • Sicherstellung des Reportings an die MAS und an den Leiter sowie Eskalation aller signifikanten Probleme.
  • Überwachung der Risiken und Chancen sowie Definition des Minderungsplans.
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der ausgelagerten Aktivitäten.
  • Unterstützung des Teams beim technischen Lieferantenmanagement.
  • Synchronisation der Aktivitäten mit der Tochtergesellschaft in Spanien (AHE) und mit dem HForce Querschnittsteam.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulabschluss (Master/Diplom) in System Engineering oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit umfassender Berufserfahrung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im System Engineering.
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Vernetzung, Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation
  • Eigeninitiative und Lösungsfindung sowie die Fähigkeit, bei Bedarf Unterstützung anzufordern
  • Lern- und Wachstumsbereitschaft
  • Exzellente verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
