Objectives of this role / About the job:
- รับผิดชอบให้บริการและช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับงานบริการต่างๆ ของกองทุนที่เข้ามาทางช่องทาง Live chat Line Call จดหมาย และ email
- รับผิดชอบในการโทรหรือติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมาย หรือกลุ่มที่มีศักยภาพ(Leads) ที่มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 500,000 บาท(Pure Robo)เพื่อรับทราบบริการต่างๆ
ของ FINNOMENA เช่น การปรับ Port หรือช่วงที่มีการแนะนำกองทุน รวมถึงแนะนำโปรโมชั่น - รับผิดชอบดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย หรือกลุ่มที่มีศักยภาพ (Leads) ของ ฟินโนมีนา เพื่อแนะนำการลงทุนและเพิ่มยอดการลงทุน
- รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบ รายการซื้อขายของลูกค้าที่ผ่านช่องทาง Phone order
- รับผิดชอบในช่องทางการรับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบในการโทรและติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมาย หรือกลุ่มที่มีศักยภาพ(Leads) ที่มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 500,000 บาท(Pure Robo)เพื่อรับทราบบริการต่างๆ
Responsibilities:
- ให้บริการตอบข้อซักถาม และแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้าโดยผ่านทางช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์, Line, facebook, Live Chat, E-mail
- การสมัครสมาชิก การเปิดบัญชีกองทุน วิธีการใช้งาน Application และงานแก้ไขข้อมูลของลูกค้า รวมถึงข้อมูลและวิธีการซื้อขายกองทุน
- ติดตามและติดต่อลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับงานแก้ไขที่ลูกค้าติดต่อเข้ามายังบริษัท
- เป็นช่องทางให้บริการซื้อขายกองทุน Phone Order
- รับบันทึกและทำรายการซื้อขายสับเปลี่ยนหน่วยลงทุน ผ่านช่องทาง Phone Order
- ตรวจสอบรายการซื้อขายกองทุนของลูกค้าที่ผ่านเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Phone Order ตรวจสอบตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด
- เป็นหน่วยงานรับเรื่องร้องเรียนและข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ รวมถึงการนำข้อเสนอแนะนำไปพัฒนาและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดการร้องเรียนซ้ำ
- ดูแลและวางระบบรวมถึงติดต่อลูกค้าตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด เช่น การ call back สำหรับลูกค้ากลุ่มเปราะบาง
หรือ ลูกค้าพิการ และ การให้ลูกค้ารับทราบและยินยอมในการสร้างพอร์ต หรือ รับทราบความสี่ยงในการลงทุน - ให้บริการและข้อมูลการลงทุนให้กับลูกค้า segment ที่มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 500,000 บาท(Pure Robo) เช่น ให้บริการและข้อมูลการลงทุนให้กับลูกค้าsegment ที่มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 500,000 บาท (Pure Robo) เช่น หาลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใน segment ที่มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 500,000 บาท (Pure Robo) เข้ามาใช้บริการและลงทุน
- ติดต่อแนะนำการให้บริการ wealth connect เพื่อเพิ่มเงินลงทุนและส่งต่อไปยังทีม IA,FA
- ร่วมกิจกรรมกับทางทีม MKT เพื่อทำการตลาดสำหรับลูกค้า Pure robo
