WBP:Senior Trade Product Sales RM - FI & Corr Bank

Wholesale Banking Products (WBP) is responsible for managing a comprehensive suite of transaction banking solutions including Current Accounts, Cash Management Services (CMS), Commercial Cards, and Trade & Supply Chain Finance solutions.

The Trade & Supply Chain Finance business focuses on driving growth across Traditional Trade, Open Account solutions, Supply Chain Finance, and Risk Distribution products. The team is also instrumental in advancing the Bank’s digital transformation agenda under strategic initiatives such as Project Neo.

The business caters to a wide spectrum of client segments including Branch Banking, Bharat Banking, Commercial Banking Group, Wholesale Banking Group, and Financial Institutions.

The role will be responsible for leading the Trade Product Sales business across Financial Institutions (FI) and Correspondent Banking relationships. The incumbent will drive business growth, manage strategic FI and correspondent bank engagements, and lead the sales agenda for Trade Finance products and cross-border transaction banking solutions. The role requires strong leadership, client management, trade product expertise, and stakeholder coordination across domestic and international banking relationships.

• Lead Trade Product Sales across FI and Correspondent Banking relationships.
• Drive business growth, revenue generation, and portfolio expansion across Trade Finance solutions.
• Manage strategic relationships with domestic and overseas banks, financial institutions, and correspondent banks.
• Originate and structure cross-border trade opportunities and solution-led engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Coverage, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Build and guide the FI Trade Sales franchise through proactive client engagement and market development.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and governance standards across all client engagements and transactions.

• Graduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA preferred) from a recognized institute.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance products and FI banking ecosystem.

• Proven experience in managing correspondent banking relationships and leading client-facing sales teams.
• Strong business development, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for trade transactions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities.
