Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto**
El Asistente de Lavado es responsable de apoyar las operaciones de lavado de envases, asegurando la limpieza y preparación adecuada de los materiales según los estándares de calidad de CROWN Envases México.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Clasificar y organizar los envases sucios para su procesamiento.
* Cargar y descargar envases de las máquinas de lavado.
* Operar y monitorear el equipo de lavado, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
* Asegurar que los envases estén limpios y libres de residuos antes de pasar a la siguiente etapa del proceso.
* Realizar inspecciones visuales para identificar posibles defectos o contaminantes.
* Reportar cualquier anomalía o mal funcionamiento del equipo a su supervisor.
* Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
* Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad e higiene industrial.
* Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Educación secundaria o equivalente.
* Experiencia previa en un entorno de producción o manufactura (deseable).
* Capacidad para seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas.
* Habilidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido y bajo presión.
* Destreza manual y capacidad para realizar tareas repetitivas.
* Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
* Condición física para levantar y mover objetos de peso moderado.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos y horas extras si es necesario.
* Conocimiento básico de las normas de seguridad industrial.
