A warranties intern plays a crucial role in supporting the client service team and ensuring satisfaction 
They work closely with the team to assist in managing client relationships and delivering high quality service. An internship programs provides with valuable hands-on experience in the fields 
of claim service and relationship management. 

Mission: 
• Helping to onboard new clients, gathering necessary information and ensuring smooth 
communication between the client and the client service team 
• Responding to client inquiries: you are responsible for answering client queries, addressing their 
concerns and providing information about products or services. 
• Assisting with client meeting and presentation: you assist in preparing materials, coordinate 
schedules and support the client service team during client meetings and presentations. 
• Developing and maintaining client relationships: help maintain positive relationships with clients 
by providing ongoing support, being responsive to their needs and identifying opportunities for 
upselling or cross-selling. 
• Gathering client feedback: collecting feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement 
and to ensure their needs are met. 

Outcomes: 
• Ensure availability and response to phone and email inquiries from all internal and external 
customers and vendors in a courteous and professional manner and respond within agreed 
service level agreements. 
• Performance manages service providers on a day-to-day basis to ensure service levels are met.
• Manage products to be covered by our warranty.
• Decision making for any issues to ensure customers are kept happy. 
• Compiling weekly and monthly statistics 
• Coordinate quotes with procurement team for stock orders 
• Verify billing and coordinate invoicing with the accounts department. holders

Requirements

• Matric
• Completed qualification in Information Technology.
• A keen interest in computer repairs
