Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Receive, review, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Packing Operations: Carefully and accurately package items according to specified guidelines, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards of packaging and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies or shortages.
- Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packaged orders.
- Documentation: Prepare and complete necessary shipping documentation and labels.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized packing area, optimizing space and workflow efficiency.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow company packing procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Communication: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient communication (written and verbal), listening, and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail, strong planning, and organization skills
- Ability to function in a fast pace environment
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
