We are looking to expand our team with a Warehouse Materials Handler. As a key part of our logistics team, you will be responsible the receiving, handling, cataloguing, and picking tasks alongside the others within the team. This is a pivotal role in delivering complex, cutting-edge aerospace projects that drive innovation and excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities Listed Below

  • Carry out material movement activity by processing requests for supply orders. Pull material and inventory per picklist to fulfill job kits and stages accordingly
  • Maintain inventory control within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by providing accurate stock location, printing requests, recording quantity of materials received, and/or distributed
  • Overflow resource for the Shipping & Receiving teams
    • Route received material accordingly
    • Accurately pick inventory and prepare items for shipment
  • Update Manufacture Order (MO) routings for visibility across the company

Qualifications

Required Education / Experience:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Associate’s degree in business, material management, supply chain operations, or related field + 1+ year of relevant work experience
  • Equivalent 3+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Knowledge / Ability:

  • Experience in operating a forklift, floor jack, banding, and stacker equipment
  • Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and basic computer skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic math skills
  • Certification with the Crane Institute of America & a certified fork lift operator
