Job Responsibilities:
- Process orders and maintain inventory within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain warehouse records.
- Research, identify, and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipping documentation.
- Assist with inventory control, receiving, and stock management activities.
- Support warehouse operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year of warehouse experience.
- Previous experience in inventory control and/or receiving.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse software.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced computer skills and experience with warehouse management software/systems.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move objects of various sizes and weights.- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in hot and/or cold warehouse environment.
