Job Description
The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
Check in with guests during meals to address any needs or concerns.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests efficiently.
Handle cash and process payments correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Follow health and safety standards, including hygiene and food handling procedures.
Qualifications
NC3 certification in Restaurants and Bar or any other relevant qualification.
At least 2 years of experience as a Waiter or in a similar role.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
Professional appearance and good personal presentation.
Energetic, with a strong team spirit and a proactive attitude.
