Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Tilda, you are the engine of the dining room. You’ll be responsible for seamlessly delivering dishes, setting tables, and providing polished, attentive service with a touch of French art de vivre.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver Seamless Service: Serve food and beverages promptly with precision, care, and a sense of urgency.
• Master the Menu: Maintain sharp product knowledge across our food and beverage offerings to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Floor Flow: Run orders, clear and reset tables efficiently, and maintain a spotless, fully stocked service area.
• Team Up: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and floor management to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

Qualifications

About you:

• Have a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
• Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment is highly desirable.
• Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.
• Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure.
• Always ready to jump in and support your team members.
• Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
