VP, Client Partner

The Vice President is a senior business leader who owns the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of a significant portfolio of t's he agency's most important client relationships, with a book of business of $15–25MM+. This is a step beyond account leadership — the VP is expected to operate as an executive-level strategic partner to clients, a driver of new revenue both within existing accounts and through new business, and a people leader responsible for building and developing a large, high-performing team. The Vice President reports to a Managing Director and serves as a key member of the agency's client leadership bench — trusted to represent the agency at the executive table, to shape how the agency shows up in the market, and to mentor the next generation of account leadership.
