About this role
Job Title: Vocational Support Worker
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 4.30 (37.5 hours a week)
Salary: £25310 per annum

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team in Redhill at Surrey Choices. We are looking for an individual with knowledge or a keen interest in gardening and horticulture who are passionate to join our busy Growth Team. Using a person-centred approach, you will be supporting people with diverse needs and offering the opportunity to learn horticultural maintenance vocational skills as well as improving self-esteem and social skills.
What we would like from you:
- Skills or an interest in gardening and horticulture.
- Good level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- A kind and caring approach to supporting people
- A willingness to learn
- A passion for creating diverse communities
- An ability to communicate well with others
