Visual Merchandising Coordinator

We're looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to help bring the Specialized brand to life across Australia and New Zealand. Working across our retail network, you'll create premium in-store experiences, support store builds, deliver visual merchandising programs and help shape how riders experience the world's most innovative cycling brand in store.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Marketing team, you'll partner closely with Sales, Retailers, and our Global Retail Services team to deliver world-class retail experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering visual merchandising strategies and retail displays across our retail network
• Designing and executing store layouts, refreshes, fit-outs, and new store openings
• Creating floorplans, merchandising plans, fixture layouts, and retail design packages
• Developing immersive product displays and retail environments that bring Specialized stories to life
• Supporting new product launches, promotional campaigns, retailer events, expos, and trade shows
• Providing visual merchandising training and ongoing support to retail partners and internal teams
• Managing retail project timelines, budgets, fixture forecasting and retailer communications
• Maintaining close alignment with global retail design standards while adapting solutions for local market needs
• Travelling regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand to support key retail projects and events
• Educating sales and retail partners to ensure key Visual Merchandising requirements are met

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail design, visual storytelling and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll ideally have:

• 2-3 years' experience in visual merchandising, retail design, interior design, or a similar discipline
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail presentation
• Experience developing merchandising plans, planograms, floorplans, and design packages
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience with Figma and 3D design software such as SketchUp, CAD, IWD, or similar (advantageous)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand
• An interest in cycling, retail, design, or active lifestyles
