  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to guide business planning and performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations, fostering a culture of informed decision-making. 
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards by maintaining robust financial controls and processes. 
  • Support senior leadership in strategic planning initiatives by delivering accurate and timely financial information and analysis. 

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. 

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 6-8 years of experience. 

SKILLS: 

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
