Vendor - Ranigunj

As a Vendor - Ranigunj, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Your role is vital in optimizing our supply chain, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless vendor management.

• Establish and nurture relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with vendors to optimize costs and quality.
• Monitor vendor performance, including delivery timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and onboard new vendors to expand our network and improve service offerings.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline the procurement process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for vendor management.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular reports and updates on vendor performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant procurement software.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and vendor landscape in Ranigunj.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
