About this role
O que você vai fazer:
- Realização de Cadastros.
- Preparar relatórios periódicos.
- Apoiar nos cadastros e credenciamento de parceiros em programas do fabricante.
- Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas de controle de estoque/compras assim como reservas.
- Manter organizados e atualizado documentações do time buscando facilitar o acesso a informação para clientes internos.
O que buscamos:
- Graduação concluída em Administração, TI, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
- Excel intermediário
Perfil Comportamental
- Senso de responsabilidade e autonomia na condução de rotinas operacionais.
- Capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto em âmbito interno quanto com parceiros e representantes do fabricante.
- Organização e atenção a detalhes na gestão simultânea de múltiplos processos e prazos.
- Postura colaborativa, com capacidade de interface entre as áreas de canais, marketing, financeiro e produto.
