About this role

Core Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships, act as the main point of contact, and facilitate communication.
  • Contract & Procurement Oversight: Negotiate agreements, track renewals/expirations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews and audits using KPIs and SLAs to evaluate vendor effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential issues (e.g., contract expiry, delivery delays, compliance gaps) and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Financial Management: Review invoices, reconcile purchase orders, and monitor budgets for cost efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare dashboards and reports, maintain accurate records, and provide insights for leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend strategies to streamline procurement and vendor processes, leveraging systems and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with employment law and HR practices.

Preferred:

Experience in managing a recruitment team.
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, finance) depending on the company’s needs.
