Le Vendeur, ambassadeur de la marque Buccellati, est en charge du développement de son portefeuille clients en définissant des plans d’action appropriés et de l’atteinte de ses objectifs commerciaux. Nous recherchons un vendeur en CDI pour rejoindre notre boutique à Monaco.

Quelles seront vos missions?
  • Atteinte des objectifs commerciaux quantitatifs et qualitatifs: Participer à la réalisation du CA boutique et à l’atteinte des indicateurs de performance commerciaux (KPI), Suivre la cérémonie de vente, Transmettre la passion et les valeurs de la Maison, Participer aux évènements commerciaux de la Maison ;
  • Clientelling: Développer la fidélisation client à travers les actions de clientelling et le suivi client tout au long de son expérience Maison ; Développer des plans d’action personnalisés pour ses clients VIP et VVIP ; Recruter de nouveaux clients.
  • Identité Maison: Être un ambassadeur de la Maison ; Être un référent en termes de connaissance Maison et créations ; Suivre les guidelines Maison en termes de VM
  • Operations: Participer aux tâches administratives, gestion de stock, SAV de la boutique; Respecter les procédures et règles commerciales de la Maison

Ce que nous recherchons?

Vous avez une première expérience dans la vente, et maitrisez les codes du luxe. Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, pro-actif/ve, intéressé(e) par l'univers de la joaillerie. Vous avez un excellent relationnel, un très bon esprit d'équipe et parlez couramment anglais.
