Value Proposition Manager - Emirati Segment (UAE Nationals Only)
About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct necessary analysis to create Emirati tailor-made propositions to attract UAE National customers across all segments
- Develop and execute E2E Emirati campaigns on timely manner to achieve Segment objectives
- Develop and create dashboards when necessary
- Work closely with segment heads and products to create propositions
- Work on projects related to enhancing the Emirati Customer Experience and be part of relevant working committees
- Be the SPOC for all related Emirati Proposition initiatives, and projects
- Deliver regular updates on Segment performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders closely to deliver department objectives
- Identify and cultivate partnerships that contribute to strength the proposition and acquisition.
- Overlook marketing campaigns and ensure delivery on timely manner
- Overlook Emirati customer experience journey enhancements and ensure delivery on timely manner
- Manage the team and ensure deliverables are met
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in banking, propositions, project management, and data analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
- Certified in Project Management
- Knowledge in Retail Banking Products
