Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction flows.
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Continuously improve product usability through user feedback and analytics.
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across products.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

- Experience working with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
