Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and PPE requirements.

• Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment and ensure efficient line operation.

• Inspect materials, products, codes, and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.

• Complete production records, SAP transactions, and required documentation.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report equipment or production issues.

• Support, train, and coach team members while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Communicate production updates and issues with supervisors and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• Basic computer, SAP, and mathematical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday. The hourly rate for the role is $32.86 with a night shift premium of $1
