L’Usineur / L’Usineuse procède à des usinages par enlèvement de matière à l’aide de machines-outils à commande numérique.
ACTIVITES SIGNIFICATIVES
• Conduire une machine à Commande Numérique
• Implanter la pièce sur la machine
• Effectuer les réglages et lignages
• Charger les programmes CN et les vérifier
• Effectuer des opérations d’usinage (Fraisage ou tournage vertical ou parallèle)
• Faire la Maintenance N-1 de la machine
Compétences professionnelles spécifiques
Calcul trigonométrique simple
Connaissance CN (NUM1060 et/ou SIEMENS)
Lecture de plans
Base programmation ISO
Utilisation outillage de contrôle dimensionnel classique et machines à mesurer tridimensionnelles
