About the team:
The Walmart+ Data Strategy & Analytics (DSA) team is the central engine that turns data into actionable insights to drive membership growth. Our team combines core analytics across acquisition, engagement, and new benefit innovation. We partner closely with our business partners across Walmart Plus to shape strategy and bring new initiatives to life. From early concepting and opportunity sizing, through test design and launch, into post-launch measurement and iteration — we sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the business to make sure the analytics behind every decision is rigorous, actionable, and impactful.
What you'll do:
  • Own end-to-end analytics for major Walmart+ Acquisitions programs and initiative launches through tracking, reporting, testing, and post-launch deep dives.
  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments, holdouts) to evaluate acquisition levers, member value propositions, and lifecycle interventions.
  • Leverage both advanced analytics and data science techniques to reach a true “why” understanding.
  • Bring insights unprompted. Proactively mine the data to surface opportunities, risks, and “things we’d want to see”
  • Build KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking that give the business a clear, trusted view of performance
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in advanced analytics, data science, and predictive modeling to drive business results.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques to support data-driven decision making.
  • Expertise in managing complex projects end-to-end, including risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop strategic business solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing data models and algorithms for business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
