Role summary:
The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional timing. The position requires expertise in root cause analysis, inventory health improvement, and system utilization to address disruptions and enhance operational efficiency. The manager also provides leadership and development opportunities to the team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement while upholding company standards and ethical practices.
About the team:
The Camping team leads assortment, vendor partnerships, and strategy to deliver innovative, seasonal, and value-driven products that enhance outdoor experiences. Collaborating across merchandising, supply chain, and sourcing, the team optimizes inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment to support category growth. Focused on inventory health and product flow, it addresses supply challenges to meet customer needs efficiently. Utilizing data analysis and strategic execution, the team drives business objectives while maintaining operational excellence and financial performance through effective merchandising, category management, and profit and loss oversight.
What you'll do:

• Drive sales and inventory performance by managing supply planning, vendor partnerships, and execution precision.
• Align forecasts and inventory flows for new launches, seasonal builds, and promotions to meet demand timing.
• Lead root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock issues and improve inventory health metrics.
• Manage product flow and inventory distribution to support resets, modulars, and promotional windows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to position inventory strategically at the lowest cost while monitoring OTIF delivery.
• Provide leadership by developing and mentoring the team, setting performance standards, and promoting continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies.
• Experience managing inventory flows, purchase orders, and responding to supply disruptions.
• Demonstrated leadership in team development, coaching, and performance management.
• Proficiency in utilizing inventory systems to optimize product flow and meet key performance indicators.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
