United Monolithic Semiconductors – eine deutsch/französische Unternehmensgruppe von Airbus Defence and Space und THALES – entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Höchstfrequenz-Bauelemente und ICs für Anwendungen in der Telekommunikation, Fahrzeugtechnik, Verteidigungs- und Raumfahrttechnik.

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Leitung und Koordination nationaler, europäischer und internationaler Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Definition, Abstimmung und kontinuierliche Steuerung der Projekterwartungen gemeinsam mit Projektteams und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Planung, Überwachung und Reporting des Projektfortschritts einschließlich Meilensteinen, Lieferergebnissen, Zeitplänen und Budgets
  • Erstellung von Budgetvorschlägen sowie Empfehlung und Umsetzung notwendiger Anpassungen
  • Bereitstellung von Fachwissen zu Projektmanagementmethoden, Prozessen und Werkzeugen für eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken und Chancen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Initiierung, Verhandlung und Betreuung technischer Spezifikationen, Konsortialvereinbarungen und projektbezogener Verträge
  • Vertretung der UMS gegenüber Kunden sowie Förderinstitutionen

Voraussetzungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Physik, Materialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojektmanagement, idealerweise in der Halbleiter- oder Hightech-Industrie
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Verbindungshalbleitertechnologien sowie entsprechender Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre und internationale Teams, Partner und Unterauftragnehmer zielorientiert zu koordinieren
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Aufbau und der Pflege erfolgreicher Geschäfts- und Kooperationsbeziehungen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Deutsch als Muttersprache
