About this role
As a UI/UX trainee, your job description typically involves learning and assisting with various aspects of UI/UX design, focusing on understanding user needs, creating wireframes, and potentially prototyping under the guidance of senior designers. You'll also likely collaborate with developers and other team members to bring designs to life
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform in depth research, including user interviews, observations, usability testing, market research and competitive analysis
· Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
· Work closely with lead designers, UX team members, dev team and stakeholders
· Work within budget and timeline
QUALIFICATIONS
· You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
· Knowledge of design process and usability design principles
· Proficiency of Figma
· A portfolio of work that showcases your process along with finished design work. Applications without portfolios will not be considered
· Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a remote team
EXPERIENCE
· Training and practical experience in UI/UX Design
· Experience understanding the goals, frustrations, and needs of users
· Experience designing across multiple device types such as iOS, Android, desktop, tablets, and web interfaces
