Make Every Experience Matter

Viseven is an AI-native Intelligent Experiences Enabler for life sciences, helping pharma and biotech organizations move from fragmented content operations to connected, compliant, and measurable omnichannel engagement with HCPs and patients. By combining proprietary technology — eWizard, eVa, Kheiron, and Lexi — with agentic AI and strategic consulting, we support the full content lifecycle: from creation and MLR validation to localization and omnichannel publishing. Our clients include Top 50 life sciences, pharma, biotech, and medtech companies around the globe.

  • Apply user-centered design methods and use available research and feedback to inform and validate design solutions.
  • Contribute to the design system for existing and upcoming functionality; maintain its components, patterns, and documentation.
  • Prepare implementation-ready designs and specifications and support developer handoff.
  • Review implemented features against approved designs; identify discrepancies, usability issues, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, BAs, product managers, developers, QAs, and technical writers; communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Present design solutions and rationale to internal stakeholders; incorporate feedback and iterate.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant product/UI/UX design experience and a portfolio of digital product work.
  • Strong practical knowledge of UI, visual, UX, and interaction design, including user flows, wireframing, responsive/adaptive UI, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and the ability to critically evaluate outputs.
  • Experience with advanced prototyping, motion design, or relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of design systems, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design 3.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methods and ability to use research, analytics, feedback, and usability testing to validate decisions.
  • Understanding of product/software development processes, Agile practices, and basic front-end constraints.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently within the assigned scope, collaborate effectively, and clearly explain design decisions.
