UI/UX Designer

Explorance is seeking a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer who excels in both UI design and graphic design to create visually stunning and functional digital experiences. In this role, you will design intuitive interfaces and produce engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity. If you love working with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and enjoy crafting designs that are both functional and beautiful, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that support business goals
• Create high-quality UI/UX designs using Figma
• Work closely with developers to ensure flawless implementation of your designs
• Maintain a cohesive design system and pattern library to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Contribute to marketing campaigns by designing branded digital assets, web graphics, and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong design skills and a portfolio
• Bring 6-10 years of experience designing interfaces and creating visual content
• Are proficient with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and marketing
• Are skilled in creating impactful, brand-aligned designs for both digital platforms and marketing efforts

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web-based design implementation
• Experience in marketing and promotional design
• Knowledge of the Higher Education sector
