Truckload Admin (INTERNAL OPENING)

About the Role

We are looking for a Truckload Admin to provide administrative and documentation support for day-to-day truckload operations. This role will focus on accurately entering and maintaining shipment information, monitoring carrier communications, updating shipment milestones, and ensuring required documents are properly filed.

What You'll Do

• Enter and maintain truckload orders in CargoWise
• Monitor carrier emails and update shipment milestones and notes accordingly
• Upload rate confirmations and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents into eDocs
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets with accurate shipment information
• Review shipment records and documents for completeness and accuracy
• Follow established processes to ensure shipment information is updated in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal operations teams when shipment information or documentation is missing or requires clarification
• Support other administrative tasks related to truckload operations as needed

What You Need

• Prior experience in truckload, trucking, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation operations
• Experience handling shipment data, carrier communication, and logistics documentation
• Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Good written English communication skills, particularly for reviewing and responding to carrier emails
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and maintain accurate records
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with repetitive, detail-oriented administrative tasks

Technical Requirements

• Fiber internet (PLDT Fiber, Converge, Globe Fiber, etc.) - recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps
  
• Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) capable of at least 20 Mbps
• Quiet, conducive home workspace
• OPTIONAL: Wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours
• OPTIONAL: Power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages
