Treatment Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing
- Presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients
- Discussing insurance, financing, and payment options
- Coordinating treatment schedules and maintaining production goals
- Following up with unscheduled treatment and overdue patients
- Supporting communication between clinical and front office teams
- Creating a warm, positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

- Previous dental office experience preferred
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or Dental Assistant is a plus
