About this role
Job Purpose
? To derive Insurance Business from assigned Bank in an area or zone
? To convince the Bank RMs so that they can convince their customer to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
? To ensure all the pre / post sales support & services to the Bank as well as to the clients
? Ensure not only achieving the target but also to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business every quarter
? Focus on the Quality of Business from day 1 so that Leakage, Persistency, Surrenders and Customer Complaints are as per the norms
Job Context & Major Challenges
Job Context:/Job Challenges:•High dependency on Bank / RMs who may have their own priorities so presence, pro activeness and alignment is the key
• Balancing between the process requirement and expectations of the Channel partners
• BSLI products will get recommended basis a tool that the Bank RM will use while pitching LI. Once the customer selects BSLI, responsibility to ensure that the customer understands the product and conversion happens
