Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and analyze the liquidity position of the organization.
• Manage cash management operations and forecast cash requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate necessary banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
• Assist in developing cash management strategies that optimize operational efficiency and minimize financial risk.
• Support the treasury reporting process by providing necessary data for financial statements and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address treasury-related issues and improve processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.
• Experience with treasury software and financial modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry is a plus.
