• Med/Surg (6K) – Night shift
• Medical Surgical Specialties (5K) - Day shift
• Vascular Stepdown Intermediate Care (9K) – Day or Night shift
• Intermediate Care Stepdown (10K) - Day or Night shift
• Burn Trauma Intermediate Care & Med/Surg (8RP) – Day or Night shift
• Progressive Ventilator Stepdown (PVSU) – Day or Night shift
• Cardiac Procedural/Surgical Intermediate Care (4HH East) – Day or Night shift
• Cardiac Advanced Heart Failure – Day or Night shift
• General ICU - Night shift
• Neuro ICU – Night shift
• Burn Trauma/Vascular ICU – Day or Night shift
• Cardiac ICU – Day or Night shift
• Cardiac Surgical ICU – Day or Night shift
• Emergency Department – Evening shift

Sentara Leigh Hospital

Available Units & Shifts:

• Med/Surg (5 West) – Night shift
• Med/Surg (5 East) – Night shift
• Intermediate Care Stepdown (4 East) – Night shift

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

• Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required

Certification/Licensure

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale

Experience

• Must have 2 or more years of recent acute care hospital RN experience (for specialty units - 2+ years recent experience in specialty)

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 525-bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads, and also serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
