Job Description:
UPS paketcenter i Järfälla söker Transportadministratör/Center Clerk. Som Transportadministratör/Center Clerk på Inhouse Operations arbetar du med flera olika arbetsuppgifter. Du arbetar tillsammans i ett team så i denna tjänst krävs det att du är en lagspelare och trivs med sociala kontakter.
Du kommer främst arbeta med att koordinera leverans och upphämtning av paket, samt hantera och lösa frågor från både interna och externa kunder. Du förväntas vara flexibel och ska kunna arbeta med flera arbetsuppgifter parallellt vilket kräver att du har lätt för att lära och ta dig an nya arbetsuppgifter. Tjänsten kan även innebära en viss pakethantering.
Vi söker dig som:
- har intresse för service och god ansvarskänsla
- är noggrann och flexibel
- har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och i skrift
- kan arbeta självständigt i ett tidvis högt tempo
- har goda kunskaper av MS Office, förstår teknologi och IT
Om tjänsten:
Tjänsten är ett vikariat på cirka 1 år med start omgående.
Arbetstiderna är måndagar till fredagar mellan klockan 13:00-22:00 .
